Genesis Fertilizers Appoints PwC as financial advisor for a Nitrogen Fertilizers Complex in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan.

Genesis Fertilizers is pleased to announce the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) as financial advisor for our proposed Nitrogen Fertilizers Complex in Belle Plaine, Sask. This appointment is aligned with our plan to build a sustainable, low-carbon fertilizer production complex for the benefit of our farming partners and the fertilizer industry in North America.

Genesis’ new complex in Belle Plaine is designed to be at the forefront of sustainable agricultural practices. The complex is intended to be built so as to minimize its environmental impact while maximizing efficiency and productivity. Genesis’ ultimate goal is to help farmers vertically integrate fertilizer supply and enable the production of low-carbon grain.
