An estimated 20% of Western Canadian farmer-owned acres have the unique opportunity to own part of a fertilizer production and distribution network. This ownership both secures future urea requirements and annual cash distributions from plant revenues.  

The initial investment covers individual fertilizer needs and the opportunity to earn profits as the manufacturing facility sees positive revenue. Investors may also purchase units without fertilizer offtake.
