The genesis fertilizers solution
Strategically Located to Maximize Local Distribution
The Genesis Fertilizer facility’s location was chosen strategically as it will allow for a network of SuperCenters to flourish. The facility’s fertilizer will be shipped to distribution centres across Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba, creating a strong distribution network for Western Canadian farmers to get the fertilizer they need.
The benefits of a localized production facility
Stable, consistent fertilizer costs for farmers
A local fertilizer manufacturing complex means consistent supply and cost of fertilizer.
Earn extra profits
As an investor, you become a part owner of the facility. This means as the complex earns a profit, every investor will see a portion of that profit, further off-setting farming operational costs and more overall income.
Supporting the local economy
The Genesis Fertilizers complex will positively impact the local economy and industry. New business partnerships, jobs and opportunities will be created.
How does the facility work?
The facility will produce 1,128,000 MT/annum.
- 850,000 mpta or 75% of the facility’s annual urea production will be sold directly to area farmers based on the number of tonnes used in their operation.
- 280,000 mpta or 25% of the annual production of the facility will be sold to the open market with profits disseminated to the farmer-owners on an annual basis.
