ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Genesis has created an Advisory Committee comprising of 8-15 members that will include subject matter experts such as farmer investors, industry experts, financial experts and others who can augment the knowledge, understanding and strategic thinking of the Board of Directors and management team. Genesis believes the incorporation of an Advisory Committee in the Genesis’ corporate structure will be a useful way for the Board of Directors to challenge its own assumptions, particularly on specialist or technical matters.
